Is it true that lesbians hate straight men?

I worked in a dental office as dental assistant before I entered Dental school. I had few accidents with women who were lesbians. First time one of my patients(Caucasian) told my doctor that she doesn't feel comfortable with male assistant and she didn't want me to stay next to her, Second time one of our patients(African-American) told me that she doesn't like men and doesn't understand them because they are crazy..I asked her, why did she think that way. She answered me that I am weird beacuse I asked her that question.

The dentist who I worked with is gay, too. He was surprised about these women.

Both of these women are lesbians. They told my co-worker who is woman.

Afterwards, I changed my opinion about gay people( to not posistive). I started to think that maybe the problem is not onlly with straight people, but gays too. Isn't that hate and discrimination?

Try to prove that i am wrong or agree with me.

Thank you.

Is it true that lesbians hate straight men?
I don't think that lesbians hate straight men.

They probably feel threatened by them.

There is so much hate and malicious undercurrents on this site against the lesbian and gay community.

This gives the impression that they may be correct in their fear.
Reply:Just as true as it is that black people hate white people, Catholics hate Lutherans, etc. Some do. Some don't. I think it really depends on the influences that people surround themselves with, and which ideologies they gravitate toward. Basically, all you can do is treat everyone like a human being..if they choose to treat you otherwise, that makes them the bad person, not you. But don't hold an entire demographic culpable for the actions of a few idiots.
Reply:Lesbians do not hate straight men per say. However, they do hate straight men who think that lesbians will hook up with them or use their sexuality to get off (aka "lesbian" porno). Since most men do watch lesbian porno, they often do not feel comfortable around men in everyday settings.

I'm bisexual, but I hate using that term because it makes straight men think that I am 1) promiscuous, 2) easy, and 3) am looking for a threesome. None of these are true....I'm just much more interested in personality and compatability than what someone has between their legs. But I do often feel uncomfortable around males because they do tend to react like "omg that's so hot" which for me, makes me feel a little sick inside.

Some of my best friends are lesbians and some of their best friends are male.

You also have to remember that those people with minority sexualities are often wary of straight people because they don't know whether or not the straight person is going to be cool or if the straight person is going to pull a Matthew Shepard on them.
Reply:queers and lesbos are not normal behavior so they want to think we are all crazy when we likke to bang chicks like real when with balls do they r the strnge behavior ones not us!
