I have a sister living in Germany, but of turkish citizenship. She is an educated and certifed dental highgenist who has been doing this for close to 20 years. I am an american citizen for over 6 years now. We are thinking of her moving here to the US. What does it take for her to live here, as well as use her proffesion to practice her dental highgenist? Does she have to go back to school? What typ of visa or work permit? Does she have to have an employer first?

since you are an american citizen and she is a close blood relative you can sponsor her. it will be under petition for relative. go to http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis and click on immigration forms. then down to application for relative, print out, gather the evidence, fill out, pay the fee's, and send it off. i think its the I-130. visajourney.com is a great tool, they have everything you need to know
