WHO agrees WITH this PLATFORM?
Sounds really sound. And see how the first response you got was a kneejerk namecalling?

I'd vote for it just because it's everything Righties hate.

As for ending genocide, we could have intervened in Darfur instead of Iraq with better results. We would have drawn the same number of terrorists, had global support, a better national consensus and a much better tactical situation. "Hmmm, those guys are carrying guns, they aren't Coalition and they ain't Black. Think it might be Al Qeda?"

Too bad they don't have oil.

No wonder the knees were jerking.
Reply:I definitely do.
Reply:Sounds pretty good to me... The Devil is in the details, but this is a great place to start.

Reply:Yeah, and don't forget repeal the Patriot Act. I am all for it.
Reply:Parts of it, yes, and parts of it, no.

Public policy isn't an either-or proposition of bundled features that can't be unbundled. That's why our institutionalized, entrenched two-party system is so bad for political discourse.

You've obviously been suckered right into it. So much for independent, critical thinking.
Reply:sounds good except for the part about cutting and running from Iraq and raising my taxes.
