Why are candy and cookies so delicious?
because they're loaded with sugar and other yummy things. so your brain releases dopamine and seratonin, which pleasure you and and makes you feel good. thats also why some people become addicted.

I like sweets, candy and cookies. I have really been on a kick, buying box after box of cookies. and candy too. I really need to stop. some of it just goes to waste and some goes to waist! lol i think I am a sweet collector..but I do tell myself no quiet often. I have been eyeing a great big Italian Creme cake at the Sam's Wholesale club. I want it real bad but I have not given in to the temptation...lol. but I always keep a !/2 gal of Blue Bell in the fridge...I have been making coke floats everyday...


before that I was doing the Honey Bun diet. cut it up in small pieces, heat in micro for 20 seconds and dump into a bowl filled with BB homemade vanilla! talk about dangerous! yep, I am fat!
Reply:Because our brains need glucose (sugar) to survive so we're conditioned to like sweet stuff. Of course, Nature intended that craving to be for naturally sweet foods like fruit. We weren't meant to eat all the processed sugar and chemical sweeteners that are man-made. I guess that's why they cause illness and obesity and rot our teeth!
